Make problem with 1.3.1 CDROM

Hi,
  just started playing with the Swarm CDROM today and I'm attempting to
port a Swarm 1.1 application. I followed the porting guidelines, but
attempting to make the executable produces the following (once all the
appropriate object files have been created):

I've checked and libtool-swarm definitely exists at the path specified. I'm
running Swarm direct from the CDROM. Hope someone can shed some light?
