Hi,
looking through libtool-swarm, I think the problem is the following line

LD="C:\\Cygnus\\B19\\H-i386-cygwin32\\lib\\gcc-lib\\i386-cygwin32\\2.7-B19\\../../../../i386-cygwin32\\bin\\ld.exe"

I'm going to confirm it soon, but need the administrator password for my new machine before I can proceed!
