I suggest that you uninstall (using the Windows control panel feature)
both the demos and the development kit, and then reinstall one or both
to the same path.
I suspect you installed both swarm-1.3.1.exe and swarmdemos-1.3.1.exe
and put them the latter in D:\win32app\swarm-1.3.1\demos. I suspect
SWARMHOME is set to this place.
