$ grep TCL_PREFIX /usr/local/lib/tcl8.0/tclConfig.sh
TCL_PREFIX='/usr/local'
$ locate init.tcl
/usr/local/lib/tcl8.0/init.tcl
$ grep TK_PREFIX /usr/local/lib/tk8.0/tkConfig.sh
TK_PREFIX='/usr/local'
$ locate tk.tcl
/usr/local/lib/tk8.0/tk.tcl

Is there something wrong?
I don't know why but swarm-1.3.1 worked fine on the same machine.
