Swarm 1.4.1 needed

Hi all
  How about writing, every time there's a new version of Swarm, the best
"needed software"?
It will be a useful further information that Swarm Programmers  can give to
new swarm-users.
I mean: for swarm 1.x.x you need:

 - gcc version (preferred compiler)
 - tcl XX version
 - tk  XX Version
 - blt XX version
 - libpng XX
 - other libraries
