Swarm shared libraries for Solaris

Those of you have been inconvenienced by having to specify --disable-shared
for Solaris builds of Swarm might be interested to know that if you
use a GCC build configured to use GNU ld (instead of the native linker),
shared libraries will work fine.

Probably the main practical advantage of using shared libraries is
that link time will be reduced.
