I am installing swarm but I am consistently getting the following error 
during the configure stage:

"configure: error: Please use --with--xpmlibdir to specify location of XPM"

Is it referring here to the XPM-3.4 program here?  I have downloaded all 
the supporting programs and unzipped and untarred them.
