Just to tie off this thread, on my Redhat 5.2 system, I made this change
in Makefile.lib (I have no Makefile.in in /usr/etc/swarm?).

Then graphlib compiled without changing the <> to "" for the imports.

I had an RPM spec for this at one time. I'll find it and whip this up.

There's been more action on graph lib in the past three days than in the
last three months!
