Have you got Cygwin? If not, get full.exe from

ftp://go.cygnus.com/pub/sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/cygwin-b20/full.exe

If you want to avoid a transatlantic download, you can get this from
http://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/Mirrors/sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/cygwin-b20/full.exe

Double click full.exe when you have got it. It will install itself.

For Swarm, you should have downloaded the Windows version,
which is swarm-1.4.1.exe

Double click swarm-1.4.1.exe, and it will install itself.
