For those folks searching for the link to the online version of the
book: `Objective C and the Object-Oriented Programming Language' (NeXT
Computer, 1993) book on the Apple website, Apple seems to have (in
it's infinite wisdom, no doubt!) removed the material altogther.
However, I have located an alternative HTML version at:
http://www.toodarkpark.org/computers/objc/index.html
Also, for those of us who still like to feel of paper (and don't like
to spend an eternity in a web-browser pressing `Print Page'), a
downloadable PDF version of the book is finally available!
http://www.gnustep.org/Documentation/ObjectivCBook.pdf
The website has been updated accordingly.
