The problem is that your system library provides a feature called
argp, and Swarm provides its own and they bump into each other.  If
you edit src/misc/Makefile and remove the references to argp* files,
remove libmisc*, and then rebuild and reinstall that library the error
should go away.  Unfortunately, Swarm 1.4.1 was released before
glibc-2.1 system likes yours were prevalent.
