Have you looked around for any C or Fortran MPI/multithread packages
to do partitioned diffusion? I looked around for a bit but didn't find anything
straight away. I think SME could probably be used for this, but I don't
see diffusion features built-in...
There's really no need for scheduling for the diffusion, right?
(other than "do it now")
