bp-ct and ct-hayek

        at ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/users-contrib/anarchy/ 
you'll find the new files:
        bp-ct-1.0.tar.gz
        ct-hayek-1.0.tar.gz

        The first file contains a generalized package that simplifies 
the use of agents based upon neural networks (trained with the 
classic backpropagation learning algorithm); the second one contains
an economic application of the bp-ct structure, to look for the 
emergence of a no-auctioneer hayekian market.

        These packages are related to: Terna, P. (1999), Economic 
Experiments with Swarm: a Neural Network Approach to the Self-Development 
of Consistency in Agents' Behavior, in F. Luna and B. Stefansson 
(eds.), Economic Simulations in Swarm: Agent-Based Modelling and Object
