GDB snapshot available in RPM format (can make tar package if you want)

Since the people with Redhat and related linux systems keep having
trouble with gdb, I've taken the current gdb development snapshot and
made an RPM out of it.  I can supply a tarball with just the executable
as well. This is the current gdb, it has no explicit objc support, but
as Marcus Daniels pointed out yesterday, we have an ample list of ways
to make gdb do what we want.

This RPM installs in an out-of-the way place, under
/usr/local/gdb-19991116, so you can install it as well as the other gdb
and still easily get rid of it.  I have run it myself and it works on my
system, if you have trouble let me know
