A FCall (Foreign Call) is like a MessageProbe, except it can call into
different language environments. FArguments, a parameter to FCall,
records the argument types and return types. MessageProbe is now implemented
with FCall/FArguments. The disadvantage of MessageProbe is that it
doesn't currently have a clean way to set arguments.

Well, one can spend N minutes coming up with a fragile subclassed
workaround or N minutes that makes the original more useful for
everyone. You'll have to maintain the former, and we'll maintain the
latter.
