Swarm used to be a little picky about C:, but Marcus is so talented that it
is no longer a problem, thanks Marcus. :-)
I have Swarm on F:
BUT: Cygnus and Emacs are still pretty picky, and if you don't want to play
with a whole lot of tweaking, then you should still put them on C:.
