Strange, I suggest uninstall and try again. swarmconfig.h is installed
properly for me. Have 100mb or so free before you attempt the install.

Probably, if you could figure out what OPHOOK32.DLL package belongs
to, and get rid of it, that might be the culprit.

Technically, we support Windows NT 4.0. Windows 95 is, like, five years old.
