Jikes is a fast Java compiler. We have a copy of that
executable for Linux, because some later versions handled interface
inheritance the wrong way. Installation is just a matter of copying
to somewhere in your PATH, say $HOME/bin/jikes. Pretty much any `javac'
will work, though. jikes is especially handy for building Swarm from
source because it tears through compiling the Java stubs.
