You can probably avoid that by configuring with --with-ffidir (and
installing libffi). I can't seem to reach to the Irix machine I was
using ... in order to referesh my memory.

I think the JAVA stuff in config.swarm was a bug in 2.0.1 w.r.t. a
non-Java configured Swarm.
