This is due to your change of c-libraries.  It came up on RedHat
machines last year.  There was some hacking to swarm to make it work
right, I think if you search the mail list archive last year you will
find me asking your exact question and Marcus had the answer.

I think you just need to recompile swarm on your system, so it takes
account of the new c library.  I think, the last time I dug into it,
Marcus had put some configure magic in there so it checked if your c
library had the argp stuff.
