No, any exception raised by Swarm will have other text associated with it.
Problems like this can be caused by slight bookkeeping errors in
tracking agents (e.g. where dead agents stay in a list).  Or, if there is
a spatial component, and the coordinates aren't ensured to be valid, that
can also cause a crash.
