1. Ensure that the Swarm binaries are in the PATH.
   autoexec.bat with W9x,
   (S)tart/(S)ettings/(C)ontrolPanel/System/Environment for NT

2. (F)ile, (N)new, Class
Enter a pathname. In my case it is:
     H:\src\Swarm\jheatbugs\jheatbugs.jpr

Enter a title, say, "Java Heatbugs"

   etc.

3. Cancel the "New Java File"

4. Click on the folder with the green "+".

5. Go to the jheatbugs directory and select all the Java files

6. (P)roject, (P)roperties

7. (A)dd, (N)ew
   Name: Swarm
Class Path (in my case): K:\Swarm-2.1\share\swarm\swarm.jar
   (OK)

8. (R)un "StartHeatbugs"
