1. Ensure that the Swarm binaries are in the PATH.
autoexec.bat with W9x,
(S)tart/(S)ettings/(C)ontrolPanel/System/Environment for NT
2. (F)ile, (N)new, Class
Enter a pathname. In my case it is:
H:\src\Swarm\jheatbugs\jheatbugs.jpr
Enter a title, say, "Java Heatbugs"
etc.
3. Cancel the "New Java File"
4. Click on the folder with the green "+".
5. Go to the jheatbugs directory and select all the Java files
6. (P)roject, (P)roperties
7. (A)dd, (N)ew
Name: Swarm
Class Path (in my case): K:\Swarm-2.1\share\swarm\swarm.jar
(OK)
8. (R)un "StartHeatbugs"
