It sounds like J++ isn't converting the .jar byte code libraries into
native code. In any case, at runtime you'll need to have
C:\Swarm-2.1.1\bin in your PATH for javaswarm.dll. You may also need
to have C:\Swarm-2.1.1\share\swarm\swarm.jar in the CLASSPATH.
Besides that, you need to distribute some other DLLs from
C:\Swarm-2.1.1\bin: cygwin1.dll, cygtcl80.dll, cygtk80.dll,
and blt24.dll. Finally, you'll need to grab the
C:\Swarm-2.1.1\share\{tcl8.0,tk8.0,blt2.4} subdirectories.
