It is an environment variable. In the Swarm/terminal you can set it with:
$ export CLASSPATH=ptolemy.plot.jar:$CLASSPATH
I suggest that you *not* make it permanent in the .bash_custom or the
Windows registry. If you do, you need to use an absolute path to the jar file.
