Do Start/Run and type "regedit".  Then type Control-f and search for
"Swarm 2.1".  It will show up in several places, but these are the important
noes:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Swarm Development Group

and

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
    {numbers}

  In the right panel you'll see Swarm stuff.  Make sure you don't delete 
  all of Uninstall, but just the Swarm-specific key.


Delete both keys.
