Not exactly swarm support. More like windows bash/emacs from swarm question

I need to use the same Emacs that I have installed from Swarm-2.1.1 to
work with TeX and the MikTex package.  In Emacs, the PATH always gets
shortened to c:\\Swarm-2.1.1\\bin, no matter how I set it in
.bash_login.  So my tex programs are not found.  Can I have instruction
how to add c:\texmf\miktex\bin and c:\usr\local\bin to my path so the
Emacs package auctex will work?

I think I've asked you this before, but can't find the answer.
