Installation problems

Hello,

I'm trying to reinstall Swarm on Windows 98. I originally installed it
in c:/program files, but this causes a Tcl error. BUT now every time I
run the installation program, it puts it back in c:/program files, and I
don't get the option of changing it to c:/

Any ideas?? Thanks,
