The reason it reached the message is because I had mistyped the version number
of JDK in the --with-jdkdir argument (1.3.3_01 instead of 1.3.1_01) -- you
wouldn't believe how much time I spent investigating to find this out...

Perhaps this `enterprise edition' has some different directory
structure? If you look at the configure script, you'll find a large
number of conditionals testing for known configurations. (You can
search for "Please use --with-jdkdir" and then go up.) Why does it
reach this message?
