Like other `dir' arguments, the value should be the directory that contains
"include/xpm.h". Specific to Xpm, "include/X11/xpm.h" will also be checked.
Of course, you'll have to install libxpm. I don't know whether or not
the X server package for Mac OSX has Xpm or not.
