If you replace /Swarm-2.2/bin/BLT24.dll with
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest/BLT24.DLL
and copy the bltDragdrop.tcl (same directory) to /Swarm-2.2/share/blt2.4,
I expect XP will work with pretest 4.
