Trying to run configure, after making the changes in configure.in 
suggested in Install.MacOSX, I got this:

config.status: creating src/objectbase/Makefile
config.status: creating src/random/Makefile
config.status: creating src/simtools/Makefile
config.status: creating src/simtoolsgui/Make
config.status: error: cannot find input file: src/simtoolsgui/Make.in
