MacOS X one more step

My fix worked and libdefobj built.

That is not the end of it.  Now it is the final libswarm link which is 
failing wth the same error (duplicate avcall symbols) and for the same 
reason (the library is listed twice in the link instruction).

Can any one save me time by telling me which Makefile builds this final 
library.
