        Dear Yifeng,

        in C:\cygwin\bin you need cygtcl80.dll and cygtk80.dll; my opinion 
is that you have not installaled the tcltk package from cygwin setup.

        A sub-problem (for the whole list): may be that the last versione 
of tcltk (Libs category) don't work fine with Swarm.
