[Swarm-Support] Installation of Swarm-2.2

Hi!

I installed Swarm-2.2 on Windows 98 as it was told in the Swarm Online
FAQ with the pretest-6 version. It unfortunately still does not work, a
Library for javaswarm.dll is not found. What library could this be and
what can I do now?
