[Swarm-Support] Evil "special bitmap not found" problem fixed

Look for the only slightly patched RH9.0 release

Now that I know the fix that worked with last Fall's swarm, I'll make a 
current snap of the swarm source and build an rpm for it too.  But, as 
long as this one works, why not use it!
