[Swarm-Support] Compile error: TclInterp preInitWithArgc:argv

Hello again,

compiling

swarm-2.1.142.20030325

with:
gcc 3.3 20020909 (Paul's rpms)

having switched to:
tcl-8.3.5
tk-8.3.4.5
blt 2.4o

I now get the following error:

A problem with the tcl/tk version? I am trying also to compile against tcl/tk 
8.2.3.
