[Swarm-Support] Cannot find -lXpm

Hi there,
  I'm sure this topic has popped up already but I'm stuck and haven't 
found any helpful responses in the archives.  I've recently installed 
pretest 13 (under XP) to get past the "cannot find -lSwarmdll" 
problem but am now up against the "cannot find -lXpm" message.  My 
installation of Cygwin doesn't appear to have Xpm as part of X.  
libXpm.dll lives in /usr/X11R6/bin but I haven't been able to get 
Make to like that.  A search of packages on the Cygwin website yields 
19 matches for Xpm:  

http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=xpm

-Is one of these what I'm missing?
-Do I need to update my XFree86 libraries? 
-Do I need to redirect something in my Makefile suite?  

My TIA.  On another topic, in order to get my .bashrc script 
recognised by Cygwin, I finally figured out that I had to rename it 
as $HOME/.bash_login  in case someone has run up against a similar 
problem.
