Hi
After an long trial and error period, I managed it, to get swarm compiled
for solaris 2.9.
So after the successfull build, I tried to start an example program, but
I get the following error message:
Exception caught:
weise/software/opt/swarm-2.2/lib/libjavaswarm.so.1.0.0: ld.so.1:
weise/software/opt/j2sdk1.4.2_12/jre/bin/java: fatal: libswarmobjc.so.0: open
failed: No such file or directory
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: createBegin
at swarm.SwarmEnvironmentCImpl.createBegin(Native Method)
at swarm.Globals.<clinit>(Globals.java:39)
at StartHeatbugs.main(StartHeatbugs.java:15)
I compiled swarm with the gcc-3.4.5, j2sdk1.4.2_12 and binutils2.19.
It was configured without anything special, except --disable-shared.
So the question is, why the heck, the program searches for the shared library?
