[Swarm-Support] Basic Swarm to HDF5 question

Dear all,

I have a sense of how to import HDF5 data into Swarm.
But I am still quite lost on how to save Swarm data
into HDF5 files (for later processing in R). 

In particular, a reverse-translation example would be
very helpful using the following post: 
http://www.swarm.org/pipermail/support/2005-May/014651.html

How would you go about exporting the data that was
just imported in input.m to a new file, say
"test_rev.hdf"?
