[Swftools-common] wav2swf working in latest windows binaries?

Can anyone verify that the windows binary in this package works?

I've downloaded it on my window xp sp 2 box here and it doesn't seem to 
make .swf files that make any noise.  I swfdump the files and they look 
fine, but the sound block appears silent.
