[Swftools-common] Unable to compile the swftools on CYGWIN

Following is the log from make command:

swftext.c includes rfxswf.h which in turn includes fcntl.h which
includes sys/fcntl.h and this file contains O_BINARY symbol. So do I
need to add some more flags to gcc for successful compilation.
