[Synaptic-devel] First time dialog

Some time ago I came up with the idea of a first time dialog in which we
could give a short brief in the use of synaptic.

Gustavo, you already have support experience - what are the most common
questions and bottle necks?

Possible content:

- What are packages? What can synaptic do?
- Queuing and the need to execute changes to get them applied
- give an example (select, toggle button for queuing, execute)
- Security notice that the system can be rendered unusable
