Would it be possible to change the filter code so the filter ui names
could be changed without changing the internal name of the filter?

Furthermore it would be nice to have some unchangable predefined filters
separated in the filter combobox from the less important and user
defined ones:

All Packages
Installed Packages
Not Installed Packages
Available Upgrades
Queued Changes
-----------------------
Broken Packages
CUSTOMFITLER1
CUSTOMFITLER2

I already talked with Michael about this but he is quite busy.
