[Texi2html-bug] @multitable inside @quotation wraps all cells in a <p>

Hi Patrck,
One more problem with @multitable inside other environments: 
We have a multitable inside a quotation in the Lilypond dcumentation. 
With makeinfo --html it looks like this:

Unfortunately, texi2html wraps each cell inside a <p>, which causes all 
cells to be about twice the height that would be necessary, because the 
paragraph margins and paddings from the CSS file are applied to the 
contents of the cell, too. The result looks like:

I'm also attaching a small sample file with just that one table, together 
with the makeinfo and texi2html output. 

What do you think about this issue?
