Still I'll try to have formats redefine everything instead of modifying
only what they need to.
That sounds like it could create redundant code.
In any case, please don't spend a lot of time on it.
It might actually be preferable to make it an error if more than one
output format is specified on the command line.
I doubt anyone relies on this behavior of makeinfo's. I also expect
that if various cmdline args were specified in between multiple output
formats specifications (css stuff, --output-indent, etc.), inconsistent
output could result. I never spent any time thinking about this, or
received any bug reports about it.
