@samp is not <samp> it is <samp> + quotes.
Then what is <code> ("code"?)? And what is the difference between
<samp> and <code>? Sorry if I'm supposed to know these things already.
I don't recall seeing this notation before.
But I guess it would be better to use it for all @command, @env,
@file, @option or for none
I agree with that.
To reiterate, texinfo.tex (now) considers @indicateurl equivalent to
@samp, and @command, @env, @file, and @option to be equivalent to @code.
And by equivalent, I mean 100% completely the same :). (\let in TeX.)
