I do not discuss that. But I see no reason to prevent it. If that is
technically feasible and keep simple things simple, why not make
complicated things possible.

And by the way using both a letter header and an exam title is not
forbidden by the current GUI. At least for consistence, only one title
style should be possible or any combination of titles defined in the
current style should be possible.
