[Texmacs-dev] Removing the new "group" menu item type

I see that the "group" menu item (introduced in patches for 1.0.1)
which displays a disable centered label was used in many more places
than I proposed.

I am a bit unhappy with that. This feature was intended as a temporary
(yet reasonably elegant) workaround to lower the depth of the menu
hierarchy without breaking the existing translation for the next
stable version. Specifically it was designed for the menus
"Insert->Space" and "Insert->Header and footer".

I still think the right thing would have been to change the label of
the menu items: "horizontal stretchable/rigid/tab", "insert
small/medium/big skip after/before", "this page/permanent
header/footer/etc.". Not using that 'menu item group title' which I
have seen nowhere else and is *not* required.

But now, I see it used for the "Position float" menu (where it only
brings a minor simplification of the top-level menu) in the "Format
menu" (when it is sometimes used where menu labels should be changed
and sometimes where it is simply not needed) and in the Document->Page
menu (where items are already explicit enough).

Generally, I do not like idiosyncrasic GUI features. This one is not
that bad because it should not cause usability problem, but it may not
be portable and it is essentially not required.

Well... I am probably wasting my time, but now that 1.0.1 is out I
would really like to remove all these "group" items and instead use
more verbose menu items where needed.
