The only exception-raising public procedure in debug.scm is
"texmacs-error" which only raises exceptions with the 'texmacs-error
symbol. That is too rigid, because it remove the ability from CATCH to
be specific on the kind of exception it is interested in.
What is the blessed way to use Scheme exceptions in plugin code?
