I am trying to type Exercise 18.2 of the TeXBook (Page 163).
It has:
Sigma ( 1 - cos^2m(...) )
So it has two sets of perenthesis (brackets).
In TeXmacs, there is only regular and big brackets. The way the example is
typed in plain TeX is that the other brackets are slightly larger than the
inner ones. In TeXmacs I can either get the other brackets to be really big or
the same size as the inner ones.
Is there a medim size bracket?
